Today was a short day. I decided when I was approaching Dennis Cove Road to stop 2 miles before intended & stay at Black Bear.
I was happy that I did, because on the way back from the shuttle to resupply, search & rescue team was deployed at the trail head. I do not know what happened, but assume something happened near the falls ahead (Laurel Falls).
That night, a fire was going, and we had a nice time around it.
