Hi everyone, I decided to thru-hike the Appalachian Trail in spring of 2024 !
The Appalachian Trail (AT) is roughly a 2,200 miles long footpath that spreads from Spinger Mountain in Georgia to Mount Kathadin in Main. It goes trough 14 different states of the east coast of the United States.
The dream of this continous foothpath was born with Benton MacKaye in the early 1920. The AT was completed on August 14,1937. Since then, many hikers embarked on this once in a lifetime journey. It’s now my turn to join them.
I will be doing a daily blog, so you can join me! My promise to you is to be as authentic and true as possible.
